Our promise

We want every cat parent to feel 100% confident. That's why every PurrFeast feeder is backed by our 30-Day Happy-Cat Guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a refund or replacement.

How returns work

• Email hello@getpurrfeast.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
• We'll reply within 24 hours with simple return instructions.
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Conditions

• Items should be returned in resellable condition with all original parts.
• Defective or damaged on arrival? We cover it — send a photo and we'll ship a replacement or refund, no return needed in most cases.
• Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer's responsibility; we cover it for defective items.
